Portuguese police said that Madeleine McCann accidently died in her parents flat during their holidays in Praia da Luz on 3 May 2007 in Algarve , Portugal while having dinner at a tapas bar nearby .
The toddler’s dead was covered by a story of abduction prefabricated by her parents Kate and Gerry McCann who are a primary suspect of the child murder since forensic dog brought from the United Kingdom identified blood and the smell of a human corpse inside the children’s bedroom and the dining room of the McCann’s holiday flat in Praia da Luz as well as cloths in the family in villa after they have left the flat which was under criminal investigation.
Madeleine McCann’s parents faked her abduction as a basis of literally structure of the conclusion of a bestseller book (200,000 copies sold) Maddie: The Truth Of The Lie published in July 2008 by a former police chief Goncalo Amaral ; the book which was withdrawn from shelves last September after a successful campaign by the McCanns family.
However during their court hearing which lasted over seven hours yesterday 12 January 2010, Maddie’s parents, both 41, from Rothley, Leicestershire in England, denied that their daughter died in a ‘tragic accident’ and that they hid her body since there is no evidence .
Tavares de Almeida a former chief inspector adopted the sacked former police chief Goncalo Amaral conclusion that Maddie died in the apartment as a result of a tragic accident and the parents simulated abduction after failing to care of their children.
Generally, the conclusions reached in the report were that Madeleine McCann died in the apartment and that the McCanns simulated the abduction. So they are suspects of child murder unless otherwise of infanticide or faking their daughter’s disappearance.
It was a tough decision for Mr. McCann to accept all allegations insisting that: “The most important thing was what the prosecutor said, there is absolutely no evidence that Madeleine is dead and there is absolutely no evidence that we were involved in her disappearance”.
The story of Madeleine McCann is still alive in the Portuguese court even though the assumption of her death after a long story of abduction to Morocco.
Anyway, dead or alive , Maddie’s abduction, investigation, death is to continue.
The truth will out before the end of this month, someone will crack

I believe the child is no longer alive, she was killed by overdose of sleeping drugs by her parents and they have disposed of the body by some means. The whole thing is got out of hand now and is a money-making farce. Make them and the tapas seven take a lie detector test

It is interesting that Gerry Said "there is no evidence" a curious phrase for him to use when he is angry !!!
Madlene is dead and her father and mother are the killers, english don't believe portuguese police because they don't want to accept the truth.Portuguese police did a good job and the parent are found guilty of murder and should accept it as a fact.
